K HEALTH
OVERVIEW
K Health is an online medical platform for patients to enhance the inquiry experience and medical services accessibility in China.
On the one hand, the platform takes hundreds of millions of traffic to support authoritative and scientific science content vigorously. On the other hand, it uses technical means to restrain and suppress inaccurate or even misleading science popularization information dissemination. We aim to shorten the distance between doctors and users, build a sense of trust, promote health benefits through live broadcast and improve the efficiency of consultation.

Combining the theme of the Spring Festival, we carry out health science popularization activities, let users understand medical knowledge through a gamified interactive experience, and improve the user stickiness of the platform.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
We have gained 10,000 daily active users recently.
APP + Miniprogram digital system
Based on the development of APP, we continue to improve the online medical service system. We further designed a mini-program for patient management serving doctors and a mini-program for family physician serving community residents, enriching the breadth and depth of online medical services from a diversified perspective.
